Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Minis and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm. You're signed out and taken back to the start screen.

This works for guests too.

What gets deleted

• your account, including the email and name from Apple or Google if you signed in;
• your progress: points, streak and levels;
• every round you've played, and your entries on the daily ranking;
• the copy of your progress saved on that phone.

It's removed from our database straight away and can't be undone. Copies in our providers' backups and logs expire on their own, normally within 30 days.

Can't use the app?

Email info@byrobots.com from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days. Guest accounts have no email address, so they can only be deleted from the app on that phone. Deleting the app alone doesn't delete your account.

Also remove Minis from your Apple or Google account

To stop Minis using your sign-in, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple, or your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps, and remove Minis.
